I’m Nancy Medoff and I’m running for Select Board in Truro because I believe in a Truro that respects and serves all members of our community, and I believe I can help lead our Town forward.

We are at a tipping point in Truro and the complex issues we face today require us to find a balance between many competing priorities: 

• Balancing growth with our conservation goals
• The needs of growing families and those on a fixed income
• Supporting a year-round community as well as part-time residents and visitors - all of whom are vital to our local businesses

Achieving this balance requires strong, thoughtful, inclusive leadership and a town government that is responsible, accountable and transparent. 

I understand the complexities of these issues and with my leadership style and experience, I bring a commitment to collaboration and inclusion to help change how decisions are made in Truro.  Differing opinions are not only healthy, they are necessary to find the best solutions and everyone deserves to be heard. 

I am ready to serve Truro and bring new leadership to our Town to help rebuild our community. No matter when we arrived, where we came from, or how we got here, together we can make Truro a place that we can all call home - now and in the future.
